5 Quick & Easy Dessert Recipes You Can Make Tonight

Looking for a delicious and easy dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth tonight? Look no further! I've got 5 recipes for quick, delicious desserts that will leave your taste buds tantalized. From classic crumbles to chocolate chip cookies, there's something for everyone.

I don’t know about you but my cravings for a sweet treat can swing wildly between easy desserts with fruit or classic chocolate desserts. I can want anything from a peach cobbler to chocolate chip cookies, from a no-bake strawberry cheesecake to blueberry muffins. All served with ice cream of course!

The other thing for me is I love to have my friends and family over for a relaxed dinner and dessert but I find complicated desserts too stressful when I’m hosting.

Don’t get me wrong I really love trying out a more complicated dessert recipe but prefer to take those desserts over to someone else’s house whom is hosting us for dinner or a alfresco lunch.

Below is a list of some of my favorite desserts to make during the week, they are easy and delicious.

As always I encourage you to just use whatever you have in the house, for example you may not have peaches for that peach cobbler but you may have plums, apricots, apples, blueberries (you catch my drift).

Otherwise apart from this list there are plenty of fun and yummy of dessert recipes floating around the website for you to try.

1.No-Bake Cheesecake

Nothing says indulgence like a classic, no-bake cheesecake

No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake: This cake is super luscious and requires no baking at all (yes please!). Using a delicious mixture of fresh strawberries, cream cheese spread, cloud like whipped cream, and velvety condensed cream. I’m pretty sure this will be your new favorite dessert.

2.Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies: There’s nothing more comforting than a classic chocolate chip cookie! I don’t know about you but I absolutely love a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie with a spoonful of vanilla bean ice cream or a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream (um YUM). This cookie recipe will give you an old school cookie that’s chunky!

3.Stuffed Apple Crumbles

Stuffed Apple CrumblesApples are the star of this sweet and wholesome dessert! Now hear me out, this is a reverse apple crumble, have I still got you? I’m almost nuts about using fruit in dessert and this recipe is one of my favorites. Perfectly cooked apples stuffed with that buttery, nutty oats filling. It will make your house smell like a Autumn candle. Swear. To. God.

4.Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler: Enjoy a warm, classic dessert with this easy-to-make Peach Cobbler. Come on you thought I would leave the star of the show out? There’s no way I would leave this classic beauty of a dessert off the list. It’s easy, incredibly tasty, and pretty hard to screw up. Plus as mentioned earlier use whatever you have lying around the house. This peach cobbler can have the peaches substituted with almost any fruit you have on hand (except banana), just make sure you have removed the seeds or core where appropriate.

5.English Breakfast Chocolate Chunk Cake

English Breakfast Chocolate Chunk Cake: Enjoy a comforting slice of this English Breakfast Chocolate Chunk Cake that makes the most of your tea bags and chocolate in your pantry! This easy dessert recipe is one of the most popular on the website, it’s easy but also a little different without going into mixing weird flavors together. This cake is oh so tender, flavorful, and the chocolate is a sweet tooths dream.
