Flavor packed burger chopped salad recipe with insanely tasty and easy salad dressing recipe!

My easy burger chopped salad is banged full of flavor, extremely easy to prepare, and comes with a addictive dressing that you’ll probably want to pour over everything!

I love making this at home for my family, it’s a tasty way to eat a burger without all the burger buns included.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a burger bun but I eat for a living so need to cut the carbs somewhere!

I don’t know about you but I’m a massive condiments girl.

Like I literally had on my life goals list “create a salad dressing range like Paul Newman’s”, not because I had made up a whole lot of original salad dressing recipes but because I love salad dressing/condiments!

The key to a good salad is the dressing in my opinion, I use Japanese mayo for this salad which is a flavor packed base that way I can just add a few extra: minced garlic, lemon juice etc.

But you can add fresh herbs, mustard, smoked paprika. Basically you can go wild.

This recipe is a great mid week dinner meal, like a Wednesday dinner. When you’ve had enough of work and your kids but it’s Wednesday.

This would also hold well if you wanted to eat this for you lunches, prep on Sunday and eat Monday through to Tuesday/Wednesday.
