Your New Fav Avocado Mint Dip

Avocado Mint Dip

This delicious dip is one of the easiest dips you’ll ever make! It’s so simple to remember and you can serve it virtually with anything you like!

The avocado mint dip is a dip made from avocado, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper black.

How To Make Avocado Mint Dip

I don’t about you but I love any kind of condiment, especially one that is quick, easy, extremely tasty, and there’s no extra cooking involved (I’m looking at all you caregivers who don’t need another thing to cook!).

To make this dip all you need is a blender whether it’s a big one or a regular hand-held blender, anything will do as long as you can blitz it till smooth.

Add all the ingredients and blend for 1 - 2 minutes. Serve as is but I think the flavors develop nicely if chilled for at least an hour.

Serving Suggestions

I have been making this dip for years, it’s healthy and refreshing but is dairy free which is a nice change from eating ranch dressing, etc. Below I’ve listed meals I serve it with or suggestions I think would be delicious:

  • Dipping sauce for buffalo wings.

  • Use instead of guacamole for family nacho night.

  • Makes a great side dip for quesadillas.

  • On a green goddess salad.

  • In a chicken sandwich!

  • Served with vegetable sticks.

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 garlic clove
  • Pinch salt and pepper to your liking
  • 2 tablespoons water (optional)

Instructions

Avocado Mint Dip
  1. Place all your ingredients except the water into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add extra water to create your desired consistency, ensuring to blend again after adding.
  3. Serve avocado mint dip immediately but tastes best once chilled in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours first.
  4. Will keep for 2 - 3 days in an airtight container, just add a tiny squeeze of lemon juice to the top of the dip.
  5. Depending on the amount of lemon juice that was added, the dip may start to discolor if not enough is added.
