  • Make the pizza dough 30 minutes ahead of the time that you actually want to start cooking.

  • The pizza dough will need to be stretched a lot with your fingers to fill the baking sheet, don’t worry if it doesn’t look enough. If you leave it to rise for another 15 minutes it will look more full.

  • If you don’t have tomato paste just use a couple of spoon fulls of tinned pureed/chopped tomatoes.
