Canned Plum Curd
This plum curd recipe is extremely delicious, easy to make, and the perfect balance of sweet & tangy. Perfectly simple to make! I also have a magnificent recipe for Fresh Plum Curd. All you need is a blender, pot, whisk & 15 minutes. Pop it into the fridge for a couple of hours. Voila!
Plum curd is super great for layer cakes, tarts, with scones, pancakes, waffles, ice cream and anything else that takes your fancy.
Tips for home made plum curd:
Make the plum curd in advance as it needs several hours to chill.
Other types of canned plums would be fine to use, just ensure you measure the same quantities.
