Shipping Policy

For all orders we offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $5 with no additional fee for each physical item in the order within the contiguous U.S and internationally. If you have any questions please reach out directly to customerservice@stripesandwillows.com

We cannot ship one order to multiple addresses.

Express shipping is currently unavailable (we are working on it, so please stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter). 

Shipping Physical Orders Timeline:

• 4 - 7 business days to process your order and send out for shipment at which point a your order will be automatically updated and a tracking number and link sent to your email address.

• 7 - 30 business days shipping time.

• 30 days to return your item from the day your receive your order. Please review our returns policy.

Timeline For Shipping Digital Orders:

• 0 - 1 hours to receive an email with link to access and download your digital product.

• No returns available for digital products. Please review our returns policy.

Tracking

Most of the products in our shop ship via USPS, you’ll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. Once a package is on its way to you via standard shipping, it will typically arrive as per the following: 

• United States: 7 - 30 business days

• International: 7 - 30 business days

As soon as your order is en-route, you'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

Packages Shipped Separately

Our Shop is drop-ship. This means that each of our vendors ships directly from their workshops, warehouses, and studios from all over the US and worldwide.
